Herman Ganzevoort is associate professor of History at the University of Calgary. His publications have included "The Disappearing Ethnic: The Dutch In Canada" in Essays on Dutch Settlements in America, Dutch Immigration to Nort America co-edited with Mark Boekelman and Bittersweet Land: A History of the Dutch in Canada, 1890-1980.
